decluttered challenge week 1

ok, i stink at this challenge.
Friday - I moved all the books off of the downstairs shelves to make room for toys. Next step is to sell them in our yard sale.
Saturday - I threw away a candle topper that has been lying around the kitchen.
Sunday - I made a plastic container of the boys' art work, so that it wasn't taking up room in the dining room anymore.
Monday - Today, I plan to clean the fridge. There are olives in there from Todd's birthday party. Yikes.

Pictures from our AWESOME day at the zoo yesterday!!! Our wonderful Daddy took a personal day for us to hang out, since we've been missing him so much lately! We went to the zoo, went on a long walk to the park, went to dinner and ice cream, and had a fun time hanging out! We will try to upload pictures later today....but the weather is fabulous (just for today, apparently) so it may have to wait until it rains! :)

Decluttered challenge: Thursday I threw away all of my old paperwork from my old job. Ah, the relief. Yesterday I decluttered the living room and moved half of the toys and some other big items to the basement, which will ultimately be a playroom.

It starts tomorrow!!!

Manic Monday

My mania for this Monday is:

Why won't my children stop screaming and whining at me when they want something? When will they learn to whisper or say please? And why do they want me to hold them every second of the day lately? Todd suggested I place a tray of food on the coffee table and replenish it as needed, as the only time they are happy lately is when they are eating. A growth spurt? Teething? Grumpy butts?

They may look alike...

...but they have very different eating styles....

Oh, Henry

My funny man yesterday was Henry. Here he is lounging on a Target diaper box and then soaking up some rays. He loves the sunshine!!!! Hee hee.

Park boys

We had a fun April Fools Day yesterday. The boys love the slides and enjoyed the new sand at the playground. Too bad all the neighborhood cats will have pooped in it by today. At least we enjoyed one play day in it.

HA HA to all of you that called me about being pregnant. AS IF! Gotcha!!! Too easy....



Can I mention how much Target brand diapers suck????? Lord.
