winner winner chicken dinner

Yesterday I threw 3 frozen chicken breasts into the crockpot, dumped a bottle of bbq sauce on them, covered on low for 6 hours, and then shredded it with a knife and a fork. Put that yummy goodness on a bun, serve with salad and a can of baked beans. Delish!
