Hey Jane! Thanks for coming to class today! Always good to have you. Love your blog too! Great question on the push ups. Six months ago I couldn't even do 1 push up. No lie. It took me about 10 days to get to 1 push up. Now, 6 months later, I can do 10. My goal is 20. I do 20 every night but I do as many real ones as a can then drop to my knees. You will notice a difference in 30 days. My arms look and feel better. Every night I spend 10 minutes doing push ups, tricep dips & bicycle crunches. Those 10 minutes have made a huge difference long term.I'm starting a ab challenge in a week so stay tuned!
